“What a delightful find. This comfortable hotel has a kind and generous staff. They work hard to meet guests’ needs. They make you breakfast. When we had an early flight they packed us a picnic breakfast. The shuttle picks you up from the airport and cruise ships. It has a downtown schedule.”

“Marshall was a huge helper over the phone and very polite. He was easy to talk to and gave great recommendations for the area. If he sees this, see you in Hawaii ??.”

“Our AK Airlines flight experienced a mechanical and we missed our connection flight. The airline provided vouchers to over 40 people to the hotel. We were some of the last to arrive to the hotel and they weren’t quite ready for this influx of people all at once. We waited for an hour in line at the hotel, but the hotel staff was working their tails off to make it all work.

Kody in particular handled the madness with grace and professionalism. I called for a hotel shuttle and it sounded as if I was the most important person. After arriving to the large line of people trying to check in, I found he had a way of handling the chaos with a warm and pleasant smile. Huge thanks to him and massive kudos for handling the challenging situation.

Really appreciated the large studio provided with full-size fridge and microwave. The large table in the living room to bust out the computer was very useful and the bed was comfortable. I reeeeally appreciated the separate fan in the bedroom because I found it tough to lower the room temp below 70F—it seems the living room thermostat is stuck so keeps emitting heat even when set to 50. The bathroom wasn’t the cleanest but I LOVED some key thoughtful touches like how the bathroom TP roll was preserved and the fancy rolled towels into classy shapes.”

“Blown away on their customer service - Some of the best we ever experienced. We arrived into Juneau in the morning with an intention to have our luggage stored until the afternoon. A room was available, so they let us check in very early. Being BonVoy Platinum members helped. They also allowed us to preview the room to make sure it was cool enough. Rooms are clean and comfortable. They have some portable AC units and fans for the warmer rooms since there is no regular AC. Windows open, too. Of note, the ocean view rooms face the sun all day and could get warmer. If you want a cooler room, pick a mountain view.

Location is perfect. Easy walk to the entire historic district and all the best restaurants/shops.

“This was my first time staying in Juneau and the people at the Ramada made it a wonderful experience. The staff is very friendly and the hotel dog is a sweetheart. The location is perfect too—right near the water, so close you can wave at floatplanes like you’re in some charming Alaskan rom-com.
Breakfast was great and the coffee was strong enough to wake up an hibernating bear.
Would absolutely stay again.”

“You know dudes & dudettes this maybe a good hotel to go to for a while but on some of my friends info on it they say it is a good place but there good restaurant got closed down for good they had good food in there but it didn't last long it turn into a huge mess for the restaurant to fail it's health violations whichever may that be some of my friends did enjoy there good hotdogs? they did had they say it was the tasty thing they ever had on it but they should totally think about having an idea sports bar or have a food-n-truck move in to have good burgers? or steaks? or pizza? restaurant can't go wrong with thar or other good cooking that would be something to rail in the customers and something for the guesses or the people of Juneau Alaska something they would like but either something to get anyone attention now thar is something they should totally think about it in a night or two or in a meeting with others on it just throwing in idea's of what Frontier Suits think about but anyway this is a good hotel by some of my friends in Juneau Alaska had say on it but they should get there parking lot in a new pavement so the vehicle's doesn't have to deal with the bumpy area's that totally needs work or no vehicle's are gonna try to get in they should totally think about that before spring or summer either way works same thing to the restaurant don't you think so dudes & dudettes.!?¡¿ ♤♡♧◇€£₩¥☆”

“Everything I could have asked for in a stay. Pleasant staff, nice rooms, great scenic view, all located within a short walk to everything Juneau! The shuttle is a plus and the staff were 100% awesome. They were able to answer all my questions of where to go and how to go about it. They are connected to The Sandpiper Cafe which is a local favorite with excellent food! 5★/5★ would recommend. I'll definitely be back!”

“The room had everything we needed. The bed and room temperature were comfortable. Staff were friendly and helpful. The hotel was close to the airport and cost was reasonable compared to other places to stay in Juneau. The hotel had plenty of parking too.”

“I will start with the hotel: a bit dated, great location, and easy interactions with staff.

However, I had the best customer service experience in ages here. I was overcharged because i asked for a room with one bed instead of two at checkin. I was not alerted to a change in price, but received a bill for almost double what I booked at.

I called, annoyed, and Georgeana at the front desk immediately spoke to her manager and confirmed a refund to my original rate. I was dumbfounded at how friendly and painless the interaction was, given so many past hotel experiences.”
