“Hotel is in a great location downtown. It is an older hotel, but I had no complaints. Room was clean and while there is a fridge, it would have been nice to have had a microwave. I was here in April and a couple of times it was pretty toasty in the room when I returned in the afternoon, but I was able to cool the room by opening the window. I would definitely stay here gain.Rooms: Rooms are good. They can be a bit warm, and there is no AC, but there is a room inside and you can open a window to let cooler air in.Walkability: Located downtown, there are a lot of restaurants, bars, and shops nearby.Food & drinks: There is a sports bar within the hotel that serves pub type food and a decent selection of beer.”

“Close to airport is only good about this place. Other than that this is the worst place I've stayed in Juneau. Loud inside, no breakfast, no pool, coin operated laundry, bath tub had a hair ring around it showing it had not been cleaned. Had to stand at front entrance at 3pm until I was noticed so I could be let in for check in. Stay elsewhere is what I'll always recommend.Food & drinks: I had to leave for meeting at 6:25am and they still hadn't put out breakfast or coffee.”

“The hotel is nice, nothing fancy. The check in lady was rude, nasty and slow. She was obviously upset with someone but took it out on those checking in. Close walk to the USCG base, downtown and the cruise ship terminals. There is a restaurant inside which is supposed to be really good.”

“Not a fancy place but very comfortable. Good TV and wireless access and full kitchen with every suite. A couple of grocery stores nearby and public bus stop across the street. We visited Mendenhall glacier and downtown very easily (and cheaply on the capital transit system). Walking distance to the airport. They have a shuttle to and from the ferry terminal and airport. Will definitely stay there on our next visit to Juneau.”
