“I've got to hand it to the Nugget, that after all these years and the online retail boom, they're still here! From what I've seen they never have anything that's junk, unlike your REI's, and Sportsman's. Nice variety of raingear form and function to cover a variety of needs from outdoor recreational to commercial. They can order specific items up as well and prices are reasonable especially if you participate in their rebate program. A locally owned and operated essential retailer in Juneau we should support whenever possible!”

“We were in a cruise and the hiking boots my wife brought had not even been put on until time to walk. Come to find out they were terrible! So we went to Shoefly and they set her up with a pair of Merrill's that frankly I was jealous of. Everyone in the store was very helpful and friendly. Prices were fair as well.
