They never answer the phone calls, their website wants you to do stuff online but that’s even worse. Juneau mendenhall post office is the most horrible place to do business. ANSWER THE PHONE ! I dealt with this same problem year after year and I finally got a response when I made a complaint

I've been here a few times and it's been just okay. Today tho was not even okay, the lady at the front counter with short poofy gray hair and glasses couldn't answer two of the easiest questions you'd expect a postal employee to know and was really rude and blase about it.
