“I have taken two different vehicles here and each time I was treated fairly and given the brutal honest truth. It's rare to find a mechanic/shop that won't try to convince you to do unnecessary things for your car, so it was refreshing to simply have done what actually needed to be done. Pricing is fair and staff are well trained :) will continue to go here for all my automotive needs”

“Appreciated the warm waiting room for my infant son while we waited for our ride. Dukes called within two hours of dropping off the car with a diagnosis, gave me two options to have the heater fixed and they were very upfront with the costs of each option. It's been 3 weeks and so far the heater works great. I Appreciated the quick and honest service. Good Job Dukes.”

“I’ve had my BMW serviced regularly and had a little mishap with a curb and ice last winter. I had it fixed in Anchorage but she still wasn’t quite right. I took my car to Steve’s in Kenai and was able to get her looked at and serviced the same day. They did an excellent job and not only did the “skateboard” sound disappear and the alignment corrected. They also rotated my tires and fixed an unrelated beeping from my car I wrote off as a glitch a long time ago. Steve is definitely an expert. Excellent friendly and highly informative service. I won’t be taking her anywhere else.”
“Went in for an oil change on a saturday around 2:30 pm but was told that it would have to be next week cause they were swamped and the dude seemed like he was in a rush and wanted me to leave as soon as possible so I came back on a monday around 3:30 and was able to get my oil change done then.The second time the person was very nice and didn't try to rush anything in fact did a good job with the oil change and replenish the fluids just try to avoid this place on a saturday.”

“I called and scheduled an appointment. When I walked in a gentleman named Aaron greeted me and asked if I had an appointment. After he looked over my car which I thought something was bent. Aaron explained there was tons of clay in my wheels still, nothing is bent or broken. I was in the shop for 30 min and was told no change due to the situation.
