Since when is it ok to “Drop” packages over the fence and say it’s delivered! This is a reoccurring issue. When we arrive home can barely even get in and not to mention the amount of rain we receive here in Ketchikan, AK!

Nobody there, amazon wants me to submit my return there but there's no one there to take the package. Insult to injury after they crushed my package and destroyed the item
