“Moved to North Pole in August from California and needed to winterize my car when I first got here, they were great with letting me know what I would need and had everything stocked in preparation for winter. I've continued to go here regularly for both my car and my wife's. Whether in person or on the phone everyone has been super helpful in helping get what I need and are willing to have things moved to the North Pole store from Fairbanks to make it easier/more convenient for me. It's the only auto parts store I'll use in the area, great manager and assistant manager who seem to have a good relationship with lots of businesses in and around North Pole. I highly recommend this Napa location :)”
