“So very HAPPY I discovered interior remote start. My auto start was not working (came with the car) and the sales person offered to check the fob with the antenna to my remote. He got it to work instantaneously. It’s rare to find honesty these days but INTERIOR REMOTE IS JUST THAT! I didn’t need to spend hundreds on a new unit, and I’m so appreciative of that. “A simple fix will get a life time of business. Recently purchased a new battery for our ATV. Battery tested good prior to being sold to us. After installing in the machine, it just wouldn't work. Brought back 4 weeks later and was graciously helped by the parts and service department. At no extra cost, they tested and replaced the battery with a higher quality product for no additional cost to us. For this simple, yet not common care for customer satisfaction, we immediately loaded up our rigs on a trailer, and dropped off same day for full services. She did it with a smile on her face and reassured me that a representative would help me if one was available.She asked a cheerful gentleman by the name of Paul if he would assist me. He happily obliged, and we headed straight away to my vehicle. Feet first, he dove right in! Was not shy or hesitant about going through my trunk to reach my brake lights. He took out all of the guess for for myself and exchanged my blown out blub for the new one. He even wished me happy travel on my upcoming road trip. They were fast and efficient!
