Shelves are always empty, most of the staff is not friendly or helpful, drive up and go is a disaster - they substitute less and charge you twice as much, the store phone number doesnāt work half the time, they randomly cancel orders if you ask a question about a single item and then you still have a hold on your hundreds until it is released, the refrigerator doors are always broken, they have and sell expired products and do nothing when you tell them (nobody wants to eat the $20 for expired ribeye), prices are always wrong so you end up paying more, very disappointing! Guess I need to switch to Three Bears or Walmart delivery.

I'm not a big review person but I just wanted to say how much I appreciated the staff going out of their way to find a container of formula for my very picky 9 month old. They were out on the shelf for a few days and when I called and mentioned that my daughter was refusing the formula I tried to supplement, they took down my contact information and looked through the back. Once they found one, they called me back (within ten minutes). I'm deeply grateful for the saved trip to town in the middle of the night and the peace of mind that my daughter will have a full belly.

Terrible customer service, expensive when compared to 3 bears and Walmart, and the chile rellano has no beef. At least they have a decent selection of alcohol because Iām gonna need it to forget how much I spend every time I shop here

This place is a joke. They have the worst customer service ever, the bakeries always out of everything and if you ask them for anything they roll their eyes and give you an attitude. I mean literally the same thing every time I go. I just want some bagels dude. Why are they always gone? I've been in the morning and the afternoon and the evening they're never there and the people behind the counter are rude and dismissive. To make matters worse their prices are ridiculously high. I bought a small bag of flour, a small bag of sugar- I believe those were both 2 lb bags, the smallest ones they had, a 1 lb box of Arm & Hammer baking soda, 12 oz Nestle's chocolate chip morsels, a pound of ground beef, 2- 15 oz cans of tomato sauce, 8 oz package of shredded mozzarella, a 9 oz box of store brand lasagna noodles and a half a gallon of milk and my bill was almost $102. That is with their members savings card or whatever you want to call it when you punch your phone number in at the checkout. The ground beef prices alone were over $10 a pound more than their neighbor, three bears. I will not be shopping here again

I donāt usually write a review on google but I have to today for the pharmacy service. Whey mom came to ask for a refill she asked the lady with pink her working at the pharmacy section if she could talk with me on the phone to get her refill because my mom has a limited English. The lady pushed the phone away without any try to figure out what was going on and told my mom she canāt talk on the phone. Then she turned to her coworker and said she could but she didnāt want to. That was so unprofessional of her. Then the coworker I believe named Rachel took over and helped us get the refill. Rachel was polite and nice for that. Thanks Rachel. On another note, I believe it is unacceptable to be that rude to someone just because they donāt speak your language well and has no one there in person to help them out. Especially you work at medical field you need to be more patient or at least polite. I hope the lady with pink hair reflects herself and fix her attitude.

My review is not only reflected on the store itself but for the amazing customer service I recieved from Alyssa the night time PIC. I look forward to go shopping at this store when she is working because I know if I am struggling she will go above and beyond to help me and others.
