They communicated with me every step of the way with my truck repair by calling and text messages and had the job done when promised. Their appointment and payment app makes it simple to schedule and get your invoice paid so when picking up your vehicle it is seamless!! They have nice thank you gifts and notes that make you feel appreciated.

“If you are looking for looking for a reliable and honest mechanic shop, look no further than Brad.He is your one stop shop!I went to another shop 2 months ago and they lied to me. I started doing some research and I came across this company and it was the best decision ever.They do not take walk ins, so you need to call or email them first. They will send you a document for you to fill out. You answer questions about your car and what you are planning to do.They go over the request and Brad lets you know when to bring the car in for service.Once they go over the car, you will get a quote via text or email. In addition, once you approve it, they can send you the invoice so you can pay it from your computer. Once it is done, they will send you a report with before and after pictures.It is just GREAT!!!When you pick up the car, Brad will go over the parts and will show you the old parts that were removed. It is just a very good business model.The cost, it is fair market value and you are helping a local business owner.I can say that my car runs 200% better than ever before.”

Something I really appreciated is they broke down all of the issues they saw, even beyond my initial complaint. They diagnosed the primary issue quickly and provided a quote on all of the work they recommended, and upon request, separated all of the work into options I could select or wait on for later.
My only gripe is that the pricing was steep, but it's specialized labor and unique parts so it was expected.
Overall, I had a great experience. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable and there was excellent communication about pricing, expectations, and updates.”

“I had order tires from Costco like I had done for other vehicles in the lower 48 (huge mistake) and after waiting well past their quoted time of 10-20 business days and driving around on bald tires, I cancelled my order with them. Some guys at a bar in Palmer had mentioned this place to me, so I swung by later that afternoon. The gentleman at the front desk was incredibly helpful and told me they had some all seasons in stock and an appointment THAT DAY! (Mid January) I have driven past this place many times and it looks unassuming on the outside, but they have a stand up crew, great prices (about $200 less than what I was looking at with Costco) and a very comfy waiting room. Will be coming back!!”
