“Great gym and has lots of equipment for upper body but not much for lower body. There are stationary bicycles and treadmills and stair climber and quad weight lift piece. Nothing else. Wish they had machines to work hips, thighs.”

“I like this gym because it is very cheap ($5 a day or around $40-50 a month) for unlimited 24-hour access. It was also not very busy both times I checked it out. It is however quite small but still has good equipment, and it didn’t seem like they had showers or perhaps even a bathroom inside. I will still go for the price every once in a while though!”

“Great community atmosphere with something for everyone. Great and very knowledgeable staff focused on you being a better version of yourself. Clean atmosphere and good equipment. I tried a few different locations in the valley out before settling here. Coaches are A+ and the regulars make class and pushing through a tuff workout enjoyable!”
