Mt View RV Park is a beautiful place with spectacular and great views of the mountain, offering lovely grass sites. It is a great place close to many stores, amenities, supermarkets, excursions, a farmers market, a brewery, and hiking trails like Thunderbird Falls in the Palmer, Alaska area. Sites include full hook ups and many pull thru sites, big enough for large rigs. The park has nice hot showers with heat at no charge, which is rare in Alaska, and a nice laundry room, though showers were noted as not the cleanest. It stays open until the end of September when others close. Reviews consistently highlight the amazing view and the nice, super helpful, and kind staff who provide extra accommodations and help, making it a highly recommended stop. The atmosphere is described as luxurious by Alaskan standards if not too crowded.

No rooms but there is grass, lovely grass, not gravel! Can't beat the view!!! Nice hot showers, if needed, with heat. Nice laundry room. Luxurious by Alaskan standards if not too crowded.

The guy who runs the place is great. Couldn't ask for a better place to stay
