Jake always had a rough course hair, but this is the very first time his hair felt so soft and smooth. Both of them smelt so good and clean. 6623 E Blue Lupine Dr, PalmerWe have five dogs and a couple of them have had recent emergencies. If not for Tier 1 they probably wouldn’t be with us anymore. The hours they are open give me peace of mind that I can take my dog in even late into the evening and the staff has been awesome. Thank you for being there for us and for the Valley. It’s reassuring to know that we have a great, full-service Vet nearby that is open long hours and seven days a week.

2031 S Terrace Ct, Palmer5 stars is not enough for this place! They are amazing and deserve 100 stars. They are SO accommodating and my dog LOVES coming here. It is like a vacation for him, and I never worry if he is cared for. The staff is extremely knowledgeable and communicative. Daily photos are the best part of our time away from our fur baby. Highly recommend to anyone who is worried about leaving their fur baby. TLC kennels deserves every penny they charge, and it’s a completely reasonable price. They’ll continue to get my service for as long as possible.

There are also enough locations spread all over the Valley that I can stop in no matter where I'm at. Our biggest regret was not getting a tuft of his hair before the vet. We were so thankful and surprised when we opened our gift bag and saw that the perfect tuft of hair was included that captured all his coloring and fluff. Thank you Passages for doing such a beautiful and thoughtful job with our sweetest boy.
