“Have not had the best experiences here. I had and still have a problem with getting my mail at my box in our neighborhood and the post office. I get mail with someone else’s name but my address, constantly but very little of my own mail and hardly any of my packages or slips. I get tracking numbers that say delivered but nothing in my box. I go to post office and they can’t find it, the normal response I’d it must still be on the drivers truck, starting to think it’s all at the drivers house. Sure wish the post office had a manager that knew what was going on. I’ve filed 2 cases with the national post office site with no results of the investigation. Hopeless, update 1-2026. The Palmer post office has improved vastly since my last review. They have improved with my mail at the box and much better with package slips. The post office has improved service and wait times for parcels and the front counter. Thank you for the improvements”
