“I visited the UPS store in Wasilla for the first time, not having used their services for non-Amazon returns before. I was surprised to find out that simply sending an email costs three dollars, and that doesn't even include printing it, which felt quite expensive. However, I had left my wallet at home, and to my relief, Tresa went out of her way to cover the email fee, an act of generosity and kindness that I truly appreciated. “I just love having a safe place for package delivery. Never have to worry about porch pirates. It's always neat inside. And if I know I'm coming after hours I can call to have my package placed in the overnight box so I can retrieve it after hours. (The exception of course of really large items that can't fit. Those have to be picked up personally.)”
