“We had a car rented through Affordable Car Rental in Skagway and our cruise suffered mechanical issues and never left the port. I was able to call and cancel this car rental with absolutely no problems. They were wonderful to deal with and the refund came straight away. We will definitely use them on our return trip to Alaska!”
