They have a wide range of stickers and T-shirts and the most adorable big foot stuffed animals. A lot of silly cards and other greetings and the shopkeeper is very friendly. “I went to the Skagway Outlet Store after having gone to about 10 stores along the main street in the little hamlet and by far their prices were the best. To their credit, they had a nice selection of items similar to their competitors with far superior prices, and a larger selection from which to choose.
Down the street, I was quoted a price of two earrings for $100!!! Here I purchased three pairs of earrings in a more fashion forward style for the reasonable price of $14.99 each!
I must say I have not seen a prettier selection of earrings in the city at the price point I was looking for.”
“It's totally awesome. Staff is so very knowledgeable about their products. It is like going to a museum. The artifacts are wonderful. There is an artifact from 500 BC along with artifacts as old as 10,000 years old. The Balen baskets are so beautiful. The staff can tell you who made them. A beautiful store. “This is a beautiful store with so many items that are Alaskan made. The staff is knowledgeable about the local artists and products. I bought several Swedish dishcloths with local artist works on them. The salmon leather bracelet is a new favorite as is the earrings made with Skagway sand. Also bought a can of the Alaskan smoked salmon which was absolutely delicious. I would highly recommend obtaining your Alaskan treasures here!”
