“We visited during a cruise with Holland America, stopping in Skagway on June 11, 2024. While strolling along Broadway with all the other tourists, we passed by and noticed the 'Pandora' display in the back. Already having various charms and bracelets, we thought buying another charm to celebrate our trip was great.

We went inside and was assisted by Maggi. She was super friendly and patient as we looked at their offerings. Unfortunately they didn't have any specific 'Skagway' charms at the time, but they did have a variety of other charms of interest.

My wife wanted to buy a new bracelet but the size she wanted wasn't in stock at their specific store. So Maggi called up another shop and actually went there to pick it up for us and came back.

Excellent service and if you're visiting from a Cruise ship, stop by here and talk to Maggi, especially if you want to pick up a Pandora charm.”
