“The hotel is clean, and the bedding was freshly washed with a pleasant scent. The complimentary breakfast was also a nice surprise and added great value to our stay.
One thing to note is that our room was on the first floor, and it was quite noisy—we could clearly hear people upstairs dragging their luggage both during the day and at night, which affected our sleep. I would recommend this hotel overall, but suggest requesting a room on a higher floor for a quieter experience.”
“This hotel has a great location on the Valdez harbor and is adjacent to the main areas of town. The rooms were comfortable and functional. The nicest aspect of the hotel was the casual and friendly vibe. The staff were friendly, helpful and sociable. The hotel had a rustic ambiance. There was a decent common area and nice breakfast. It didn't have a guest laundry or exercise room, but the location made up for that. Overall, this was a good stay.”
