The Wasilla, Alaska store is one of the best mobile stores I have ever visited. No matter of what my visit is for I have never waited for more than one minute for a sales representative. The reps are always friendly and helpful. Great and friendly service

Short story alert ⚠️ ?
I've misplaced my phone b4 and was able to locate by calling it with another phone. Just to find it between a seat cushion while my guts were renched with a fear of feeling like loosing a limb the whole time. This time was a different story total MIA.

Let me give a huge shout out to Chad!!! He is a truly asset to your company! The true meaning of customer service and listening to a customers issue. I had issues with setting up pre paid that I bought through Walmart. If you need pre paid service please go straight to AT&T, it will save you time,hassles and stress!!! Thank you again Chad!! If you want absolute trash customer service. Customer reps will not even help you sign up dmfor your service and then laugh as you pay extra tp use the frigging kiosk to overpay for a simple service.

I always have had and continue to have great in-store , over the phone, and on the app experiences with AT&T . That is why I have been a customer for years , I believe since 2001. AT&T will always be my first choice. As long as they keep doing what they do for me they have my business.

I have always carried insurance on my phones and I had a phone stolen and I was never given a replacement phone and the insurance the way I’m charged but completely ripped off is redirected to nonsensical not within 90 days. When it’s I technical issue.

Was told by phone rep that I'd have to go to a store to get my new phone (WOULD NOT SEND TO MY ADDRESS FOR SOME IDIOTIC REASON). Drove 40 miles to store, did not have my phone in stock and would have to order. When I said the phone rep told me I couldn't have the phone shipped to the store, store rep said, "oh, you could have." WHY DID I JUST DRIVE 40 MILES??
Full disclosure, he did apologize. I told him not to, as it wasn’t his fault.
Paid the sales tax (WHICH I WOULD NOT HAVE HAD TO PAY IF I'D BEEN ABLE TO ORDER ONLINE) and left. Later discovered I'd also been signed up for "Next" program, which I DID NOT WANT. It was never mentioned to me.
AT&T has the WORST customer service.
