After a moose jumped out in front of our Explorer and almost all shops being backed up for months, they were still able to do a complete teardown for the insurance company. Although the car was deemed a total loss, I know that I was in good hands. No unsightly masking tape, no warnings against closing doors with the windows closed. This included a recalibration of Toyota anti-collision and lane departure technology located in the windshield.Pleasant and professional front desk and prompt service added to my satisfaction.
