although my service needs are limited, each and every time I've had the occasion to ask for their help, they are extremely curteous and positive! Gives a small-town familiar-friendly feel from a local business in a big town that everyone loves.

If you don't mind paying a lot more and very rude service, by all means...Go on in and mail your package. "No, Hi! how are you today!" When you walk up to the counter. No eye contact. Very rude and always in a hurry. I'm taking my business to Wasilla PO from now on. I don't care how longgggggggg their line is. :)
