They super nice to customers and to each other and offer a lot more services than I expected. The print quality is amazing. The only complaint was I wasn't told how long something would take to print and it came out the wrong size that I asked. I felt I had to ask all the questions and wasn't offered alternatives. They were able to cut it when I asked if they could but I didn't realize it was off in hight not just width until I took it home and it was a inch off. A little odd. But definitely will be back. But it would be nice to see more communication with the printing process as a designer I know a lot of customers are less tech savvy and won't always understand. But overall a pleasant experience.”

“I visited the UPS store in Wasilla for the first time, not having used their services for non-Amazon returns before. I was surprised to find out that simply sending an email costs three dollars, and that doesn't even include printing it, which felt quite expensive. However, I had left my wallet at home, and to my relief, Tresa went out of her way to cover the email fee, an act of generosity and kindness that I truly appreciated. It's these small acts of excellent customer service that can make a difference in a small town business, and I hope UPS recognizes and rewards employees like Tresa who go above and beyond for their customers.”

“I just love having a safe place for package delivery. Never have to worry about porch pirates. It's always neat inside. And if I know I'm coming after hours I can call to have my package placed in the overnight box so I can retrieve it after hours. (The exception of course of really large items that can't fit. Those have to be picked up personally.)”
