“Very fast response. We were on our way to the State Fair all the way from Fairbanks when all of a sudden my RV decided to die in the middle of the highway. Called Towz R Us and James came to the rescue. He was very friendly and knowledgeable. He found out the connector to the battery melted. He was able to troubleshoot and fix the issue on the spot. I didn't have to get it towed. Don't look no further. Call these guys.”

“These guys saved me! I was trying to get a small cabin moved from downtown anchorage to DeArmoun and had been turned down by every outfit in town. People were too busy and my job was complicated. (Talk about over the river and through the woods, this cabin was on the wrong side of a gravel pit and needed to be moved to the sandy, steep side of a hill.) Brett and his team moved my cabin with such grace and talent, there was an entire crowd watching all day just to see how’s they do it! Super talented team, you’ll know it the minute you see them at work. Also just really dang nice and pleasant to work with. I seriously cannot recommend them enough. If you can get a time slot, TAKE IT!”
“The guys here are some of the best I've worked with for getting parts for my truck. The staff was all very friendly, they helped me figure out what would work best for my ranger and got me exactly what I needed with an awesome price and a generally great attitude, even with my many questions and needs. They have even been helpful on what other parts I could find in the yard for future work on my truck. As a woman it can be hard to find decent places like this with good people willing to work with you for a reasonable price. I definitely recommend them and will be going back every chance I get.”

“We are very grateful to Elite Towing and Recovery and to Thomas in particular. While on our Alaska vacation, the tire on our rental car blew out in Wasilla. The rental company was less than helpful and left us not knowing what to expect, even providing conflicting information between their helpline and local office. There was no replacement car available locally, and the car care center we happened to break down beside said it would take days for that particular tire to come in.
To their credit, the rental company did dispatch Elite Towing through AAA. Thomas soon texted and communicated his ETA. On arrival, he greeted us and put on the temporary tire. He offered very helpful suggestions, actually giving us better guidance than the rental company did for getting the tire replaced. Going above and beyond, he even checked with a local tire supplier. Thanks to Thomas, we were able to get the tire replaced and were up and running within about an hour of his arrival. We highly recommend Elite Towing and especially Thomas!”
