“My assigned operator, Thomas, attended my service request with a kind, caring, problem-solving mindset. We had to tow the vehicle only a short distance from a Canadian Tire parking lot to its shop. The problem was that the car was missing a tire and had some damage to the front end, making it tricky to use the standard tow method. Thomas persevered and got the job done, without causing any further damage. Bravo Thomas!!”
