“Was a great experience. Andy personally answered my call, listened to everything I had to say and was very knowledgeable. I was nervous as it was the first time being in this situation. Andy was amazing, he responded to every question I had quickly, was very respectful, made me feel right away like I was in good hands. My vehicle was not with me at the time and I was worried about having to make arrangements. But instead he not only went to where my van was he offered to give me a ride if I was unable to find one. In the end he wasted no time at all to help me, without being pushy or making me feel rushed. I feel I make the best educated decision I could have with his help and he gave me an excellent deal. I will absolutely recommend him and his company.He also let me know he's going to keep me in mind to try to help me find another vehicle to purchase. “Alhamdulillah, I made a dua before leaving my house this morning, asking Allah to protect me during my errands. I command started my vehicle and had to clean the snow off my car while it warmed up. I accidentally locked my keys in the car along with my purse and cell phone. I had no way to get back inside my building and my disabled mother could not assist me from our apartment. Alhamdulillah, I asked a neighbor to use her phone and quickly googled tow truck near me. I spoke with a kind gentleman who reassured me that he would be there within 15 minutes. Sure enough he arrived just as he promised and quickly unlocked my vehicle door. Alhamdulillah, I discovered he is a Muslim and his wife and family were with him in his vehicle. Not only did Allah send help but He also sent me new friends. We exchanged phone numbers and InshaAllah will see each other at our local Masjid. The service was fast and courteous, I will definitely refer him to all my friends!! I really appreciate his kindness and generousity by giving me the most affordable door unlock service anyone could ever ask for!
