Dave from the Tech Department, who assisted me, truly went above and beyond. He helped me place the order with patience, kindness, and a calm, reassuring attitude that immediately put me at ease. What stood out most was how attentively he listened to my concerns, making sure I never felt rushed or unsure, and it was clear he genuinely cared about helping me find the best solution. His professionalism, empathy, and dedication to customer service turned what could have been a stressful situation into a very positive experience. I left the store feeling satisfied and confident, having received exactly the help I was looking for. He deserves real recognition for the respect and care he shows to customers.

“Great store for bottle refills and more. There’s convenient parking right out front, and the staff will even help if you have multiple bottles. They also clean and rinse your bottles before filling them, which is a nice touch. Everyone is friendly, and they carry local coffee brewers and beans as well. They even have wine kits too.”

“Very nice new location that opened December 4,2023, I find it very much smaller and more compact. Could not find the Hawaiian chocolates that I usually buy this time of year, and my fav Charleston Chews, as well as 2024 calendars.The cashier did say not all the products are set up in the store. I guess I'll have to come back and checkout at a later time. I did manage to find a small box of turtles that will be fore Christmas and some great sale items. - parking lot is smaller and busy-staff friendly and helpful - great sale value on great gift ideas.”
