“I needed a replacement fan motor unit for my bathroom vent. I discovered that AMRE supply carried these types of parts. I brought in the old part to the SE Calgary location and David M helped me find the correct replacement for it and ordered it from Edmonton to be shipped to Calgary. It arrived the very next day and I was able to pick it up and install it. It fit perfectly and works great. It was an upgrade from the original with lower sones and higher CFM. I was extremely satisfied with the friendly and efficient service and highly recommend this company.”

“I recently visited The Brick Mattress store in Signal Hill, Calgary. I was greeted promptly. The Assistant Store Manager, Gus, showed me various mattresses, along with headboards that would be suitable. He took the time to explain to me the different options and was not pushy. This is my 2nd time purchasing from this location and would recommend visiting if you are shopping for a new bed.”

“I have no words to describe Ross. To have someone like him willing to help and go out of his way in this day and age where everyone else tries to make a buck off you is a blessing. I had troubles with a dishwasher and spoke to him, he spent his time trying to figure out the issue. He called me back shortly after and told me what the potential issue was based on my description and just like that the problem was solved. Thank you very much Ross!”

“From start to finish, the BRICK did a great job. The sales rep was super knowledgable and helpful. I was in and out of the store within an hour with fantastic discounts on a bedroom set, delivery & take away in hand. The delivery fellows did a great job. Clean, fast, respectful, careful. I gave them 5 stars even though they went past the delivery window by a couple of hours. The tracking app was very helpful so I wasn't worried. I knew they were busy helping other customers and that they were on their way. They took away the old mattress and set up new one. Unpacked the dresser and took packaging away. Very helpful and professional. We are very happy with all aspects of service from the BRICK. Thank you!”

“Amazing store that has a wide selection of quality products at competitive prices. Some of the items are truly unique to the Calgary market and there are many wonderful gifts for anyone on your list. I always find something appropriate for the season or my specific kitchen needs. Staff are friendly, welcoming and helpful, no pressure sales, just good info and suggestions. They know the products they sell. For the reviewer who dropped an item and complained about having to pay for the breakage, that is standard policy and yes, the other stores mentioned in the review have that policy as well.”

“Diamond Fireplace & Stone just completed converting our wood burning fireplace to gas. Top notch professionals every step of the way! When I first visited the showroom, Boyd patiently took the time to explain all the options in a non-pressured, pragmatic & personal manner. Mike & Evan worked like fiends to complete the arduous install with care & attention to every detail. Diana phoned to ensure timing was agreeable. And James installed a new remote system with ease and efficiency. While this was a costly investment, Diamond's service was extraordinary in every way and the finished product is achieving every objective. What a privilege to have received such excellent, attentive, and personalized service!”

“Bought the Miele Complete C3 plus a supply of bags and we couldn't be happier! They shipped it out to us in Calgary without issue, and even followed up with a couple videos on how to operate and take care of the vacuum. These were really important as I would not have known the bag clip disengages automatically when you open the bag compartment - I can't imagine the dust all over inside if I hadn't watched those videos! We love how great it cleans our hardwood and carpeted floors, couch, and blinds (we've yet to put it to the dog hair test, but that will be coming). And coming from an old bissell canister vacuum, I'm extremely pleased with how quiet the Miele operates. The bissell was coming to the end of it's life with how piercingly loud it ran, I'm sure. All in all, I had a great experience buying a vacuum from Rod and his team and will be buying any bag replacements from them when I run out!”

“⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I had a phenomenal experience at the Dyson store at Chinook Mall. Robert and Jordan provided some of the best customer service I’ve experienced in a very long time. They were incredibly knowledgeable, patient, and thorough in explaining the different vacuum products, taking the time to answer every question. What really stood out was how attentive and genuine they were throughout the entire experience. They truly cared about helping me choose the right Dyson for my needs rather than just making a sale. They even helped bring my purchase out and dropped it off at my car, which was already above and beyond. But what completely amazed me was that after I got home and started using my Dyson, they actually sent me a text message to check in and make sure everything was going well and that I was happy with the product. Honestly, who does that these days? That level of customer care is incredibly rare and speaks volumes about both Robert and Jordan and the culture at this location. In a world where consumers have endless choices for both products and customer service, experiences like this are what create loyal customers. I left feeling confident in my purchase, genuinely valued as a customer, and extremely impressed. Highly recommend visiting this Dyson location if you’re considering any Dyson product.”

“Went into the store (Makenzie)looking for some pruning paint and the gentleman informed me it was in seasonal in spray can form. I thanked him and continued to another department opposite end of seasonal and would make my way back. Got my other supplies and here comes the same fellow from the paint department with my can of paint. Now that's customer service at it's finest. Unfortunately I didn't get his name but he deserves a shout out.”

“The photo lab is my go to place for pictures. Brandy, one of the sales associates there was extremely helpful. I had a batch of roughly 100 photos I needed printed for a photo album and the pictures were done in under an hour. This location always comes through no matter what my requirements are whether it be shopping or the lab. Prices are competitive as well.”

Not only she helped choose the right sub floor but also went above and beyond by just offering her help to load up when she saw me outside. “RONA+ is basically a one-stop shop for any home project. The garden centre is my happy place and always worth a wander to see what’s new. I’m also a big fan of the flooring department, the thoughtfulness around the displays make it easy to see and feel different materials before committing, which beats guessing from a box or website.”
