Tried several different solutions. Asked for help and git it and resolved my problem. He didn't just point in a direction name an aisle he got up and brought the possible solutions. Customer service how it should be.”

The sales rep was super knowledgable and helpful. I was in and out of the store within an hour with fantastic discounts on a bedroom set, delivery & take away in hand.
The delivery fellows did a great job. Clean, fast, respectful, careful. I gave them 5 stars even though they went past the delivery window by a couple of hours. The tracking app was very helpful so I wasn't worried. I knew they were busy helping other customers and that they were on their way.
They took away the old mattress and set up new one. Unpacked the dresser and took packaging away. Very helpful and professional.

Not like these other big box stores who give you excuses and who won’t touch your dryer which is on top these guys go the distance. Deliver install and stack. Diamond fireplaces are now added to my trusted list of contractors.
My fireplace was serviced today. The technician gave me 15 minutes notice, he telephoned, and from the moment he arrived, I had confidence in his abilities. He was efficient, quick, making huge differences to my fireplace; explained what he had done. When it came to paying the bill, I was astonished at how reasonable their prices were.
Absolutely a firm favourite now, will recommend to everyone and will definitely be my go to for future servicing.

Some of the items are truly unique to the Calgary market and there are many wonderful gifts for anyone on your list. I always find something appropriate for the season or my specific kitchen needs. Staff are friendly, welcoming and helpful, no pressure sales, just good info and suggestions. They know the products they sell.
For the reviewer who dropped an item and complained about having to pay for the breakage, that is standard policy and yes, the other stores mentioned in the review have that policy as well.”

Their combined effort found the planter brackets when I was ready to give up. You can absolutely care they have a passion for their job and I can't praise them enough. They refused to let me leave without what I came for..which was over an hours drive for us.”
“Bought the Miele Complete C3 plus a supply of bags and we couldn't be happier! They shipped it out to us in Calgary without issue, and even followed up with a couple videos on how to operate and take care of the vacuum. These were really important as I would not have known the bag clip disengages automatically when you open the bag compartment - I can't imagine the dust all over inside if I hadn't watched those videos!We love how great it cleans our hardwood and carpeted floors, couch, and blinds (we've yet to put it to the dog hair test, but that will be coming). And coming from an old bissell canister vacuum, I'm extremely pleased with how quiet the Miele operates. The bissell was coming to the end of it's life with how piercingly loud it ran, I'm sure.All in all, I had a great experience buying a vacuum from Rod and his team and will be buying any bag replacements from them when I run out!”

I had a phenomenal experience at the Dyson store at Chinook Mall. Robert and Jordan provided some of the best customer service I’ve experienced in a very long time. They were incredibly knowledgeable, patient, and thorough in explaining the different vacuum products, taking the time to answer every question.
What really stood out was how attentive and genuine they were throughout the entire experience. They truly cared about helping me choose the right Dyson for my needs rather than just making a sale. They even helped bring my purchase out and dropped it off at my car, which was already above and beyond.
But what completely amazed me was that after I got home and started using my Dyson, they actually sent me a text message to check in and make sure everything was going well and that I was happy with the product. Honestly, who does that these days? That level of customer care is incredibly rare and speaks volumes about both Robert and Jordan and the culture at this location.
In a world where consumers have endless choices for both products and customer service, experiences like this are what create loyal customers. I left feeling confident in my purchase, genuinely valued as a customer, and extremely impressed. Highly recommend visiting this Dyson location if you’re considering any Dyson product.”

“Went into the store (Makenzie)looking for some pruning paint and the gentleman informed me it was in seasonal in spray can form. I thanked him and continued to another department opposite end of seasonal and would make my way back. Got my other supplies and here comes the same fellow from the paint department with my can of paint. Now that's customer service at it's finest. He took my passport photos and was incredibly personable, funny, and easy to talk to. He had good energy, and kept the mood light with jokes and witty banter, and turned what’s usually a boring process into a genuinely enjoyable one. My photos turned out great!

“THANK you to the manager here. Every other RONA LOCATION IN CALGARY WOULDNT HELP US. The issue was regarding a wrong sized bar on the roof of a 1700$ gazebo. The part was from Landon and co, Ronas company and none of the other Ronas bothered. We paid extra for shipping cuz we lived out of town and had to drive in 40+ mins to get this figured out. Spent 3 hours sitting around customer service getting tossed between each location on the phone until Gagan the manager at this location helped us out.”
“Showed up 30 minutes before close on a Saturday night because I was halfway through a project, and the guy who helped me found exactly what I needed, explained how to install, and I wound up spending less than I would have to. Awesome service, I SO appreciated it.

“John, help me out. I actually left Canadian tire because the lady in the plumbing department knew nothing about plumbing. Probably has never done any plumbing herself so I came here and John was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. I really appreciate his help. I would have given five stars but to check out the self-checkout was extremely tedious asking me about 17 questions before it finally allowed me to pay. I just want to scan my item, hit pay and pay. I get so annoyed with these self-checkouts that ask you all these things and try to sell you extra things.”
“RONA+ is basically a one-stop shop for any home project. The garden centre is my happy place and always worth a wander to see what’s new.
I’m also a big fan of the flooring department, the thoughtfulness around the displays make it easy to see and feel different materials before committing, which beats guessing from a box or website.”
