“Louis Walman was very knowledgeable, super relaxed and zero pressure. He was quick to answer our questions and to reply to messages. We bought an LG range and dishwasher from him. Louis had an opportunity to upsell us for greater commissions but didn't. He remained in touch following the purchase, throughout the delivery and is still very responsive about any questions following the installations. My husband and I would feel 100% confident to buy major appliances from him again. Highly recommended!”

“We visited the Brick tonight after searching online for a mattress. We had checked several different places. But felt we would get the best bang for our buck at the Brick. When we arrived, we were greeted by Maz. He was friendly and helpful. We went and laid on the mattress we had originally come to see. But then as we spent time wandering, and trying other mattresses we settled on a completely different one. Maz was awesome! Very easy to deal with and knowledgeable! He also helped us choose a new frame and pillow. Once we were done and paid, it was determined that the pillow I purchased was no longer available. Maz did his best to find another pillow that was similar and when the pricing was inconsistent, him and the manager worked with me to find a great price! The team at The Brick was 5 star! I would strongly recommend visiting for your all your home decor etc needs.”

“I am in Edmonton and my son is in Calgary. He needed a new fridge and was not able to get one on his own. I called Calgary Used appliances. I gave them the dimensions and Shekib sent me a picture of a very nice fridge. He made payment easy and delivered the fridge right to my sons room. He even sent a picture to show it was delivered. Being a mom in another city He gave me reassurance from the start that my son would get a fridge this week. I would totally recommend them. Thank you again.”

We made the purchase of our new Washing Machine.The next day we had a few questions that we needed answers to, we went into the store talked to Mohit and he answered our questions. He admitted that he had made a mistake, and was more than willing and refunded our purchase in full. He was very helpful and did what he could to put our minds at ease. We walked away feeling very comfortable knowing we made the right purchase.Mohit arranged the delivery for us and there was no issues.The delivery team were friendly and respectful of our property. They delivered, removed the old washer and set up the new washer.We are very pleased.”

“Had a great experience getting the screen of my iPhone 11 fixed within 3 hours. Kenneth was very helpful with the paperwork, and quite entertaining too. He was polite dealing with me and the other customers I saw. He even called the back to check if my screen was in-stock to see if same-day repair would be possible since I have a flight scheduled to Nova Scotia tomorrow morning (the day after this repair took place).I went in to get my phone screen fixed, and within 3 hours I had my phone back with a handful of laughs as a bonus thanks to Kenneth. Couldn’t have asked for better service. The ports cleaning option was a great cheap additional service as well, my phones speaker and charging ports look nearly brand new!Great location, great staff.”

“Bought the Miele Complete C3 plus a supply of bags and we couldn't be happier! They shipped it out to us in Calgary without issue, and even followed up with a couple videos on how to operate and take care of the vacuum. These were really important as I would not have known the bag clip disengages automatically when you open the bag compartment - I can't imagine the dust all over inside if I hadn't watched those videos!We love how great it cleans our hardwood and carpeted floors, couch, and blinds (we've yet to put it to the dog hair test, but that will be coming). And coming from an old bissell canister vacuum, I'm extremely pleased with how quiet the Miele operates. The bissell was coming to the end of it's life with how piercingly loud it ran, I'm sure.All in all, I had a great experience buying a vacuum from Rod and his team and will be buying any bag replacements from them when I run out!”

Robert from the tech department was extremely helpful and knowledgeable who completely changed the situation from negative to positive. “What a fabulous experience we had at Lowes tonight. My husband, kids and I went into Lowes, after an unsuccessful time at Hone depot, to find cabinets for our bathroom reno. Val was the absolute best, he was knowledgeable, helpful, and all around amazing.
