They were both so pleasant and easy to deal with and made this a painless shopping experience! A few days later Hasim and Alex arrived to assemble the bed for me on time. Communication was always clear. They were efficient and very polite young men! Five stars.”

“Wife and I bought a new dining table set and drove from Lethbridge to pick it up on a weekend. Staff loaded everything in the trailer and assured me that everything was in the boxes for assembly. When I got it home and unloaded everything we found out that the base of the table was missing. I emailed Carol on a Sunday morning and explained the situation and that I would like the base shipped to me as I had already removed our old dining table and we had family coming on Thursday. Carol went above and beyond, explaining her concern for damage or not making it to me on time and instead took it upon herself to put it in her car and drive it to me. I am more than pleased with the customer service we have experienced and will certainly be back! Very glad to see that there are still some companies that value their customers, we all make mistakes but it’s what people do to correct them that makes all the difference!”
