“We have bought several items from XLNC over the past few years and have had a satisfactory experience each time. In 2019, we bought two sets of couches from there- two sofas and one sectional which were both excellent quality, delivered on time, etcIn 2023 we purchased a set of a sofa and love seat and also a larger sectional- we did run into a couple of issues with these sets but it was easily and quickly rectified - they replaced our sectional and gave us store credit for the sofa/love seat which we used towards other items.I also saw a lovely dining set at Ashely Furniture which I asked the guys at XLNC if they could order for me and they were able to! Which saved us quite a bit of money and the table is beautiful!Overall, very happy with our service here and we would absolutely purchase from them again!”

“We had the pleasure of Bailey (Jenn) helping us pick living room furniture. She patiently took me through the store showing me different options on my first visit. A home visit followed within just a few days and two days later we were back in the store looking at the virtual floor plan she had set up. She had furniture she felt would work in the space, possible fabric choices and decor options outlined. We felt that she listened to what we wanted and also gave us really good suggestions. I loved her style ideas and appreciated the fact that she was so on top of everything right from the beginning. I would highly recommend her to anybody looking for someone to help them with interior decoration and design.”

“In passing this store one can see a great example of shopability in the retail space, items are spaced well making it easy to browse and take in what's available.Given a great location and regular traffic after close there's an untapped window browsing opportunity,- Fieldstudy would benefit from highlighting product with in store lighting, and the name on the window being clearly visible.- Where the current blank awning is lit, just adding their name with a simply black on white would change this from looking empty at night to building brand exposure.”

“Absolutely amazing store! Came in after the new owners took over last fall and what an incredible difference! The new uplifted floor design is brilliant and very bright when you enter compared to the old style version we’ve seen in the past. Very welcoming as you enter and no detail missed from the front of the store to the back with all the up and coming home designs. I interior design homes for a living and Crickle Wood is where I will do business for all my clients. Kitchen dinning rooms, living rooms, full bedroom suites, flex rooms, games rooms to wall art and silk plants. Everything you need plus those little home decor pieces to finish off every room. “We stopped in last October to look for a couch and we found the perfect one. We needed delivery by a specific date and they made it happen. The delivery guys were friendly. Zach Rushton was our helper and he’s very friendly, knowledgeable and personable. We came close to closing time but we weren’t rushed at all. He also dropped off a kit to clean the couch since they didn’t have any in stock at time of delivery. Great service and quality furniture. Cute store. I definitely recommend!!! My dog Arty also approves of the new couch. See picture.”
