“I have been going here for YEARS, my last visit for the first time they charged me to take off the plate under my ford escape, I have never had to pay for this before and there were all new techs, I didn't recognize any of them there or the regular lady that is in the office. Not sure what is going on if this change in service and charging for things needed to be removed to change the oil how can you charge someone for something necessary to do provide the service especially when I was never charged before, not sure If I will find another shop as loyalty shouldn't be rewarded this way.”

Jollie and Kenneth fixed the issue in a timely manner and they all sent me on my way free of charge!
