“I have been going here for YEARS, my last visit for the first time they charged me to take off the plate under my ford escape, I have never had to pay for this before and there were all new techs, I didn't recognize any of them there or the regular lady that is in the office. Not sure what is going on if this change in service and charging for things needed to be removed to change the oil how can you charge someone for something necessary to do provide the service especially when I was never charged before, not sure If I will find another shop as loyalty shouldn't be rewarded this way.”

“Came in for some rattling issues in my car. Kyle was the first person to greet me and help troubleshoot and figure out the problem and explained what was happening. Jollie and Kenneth fixed the issue in a timely manner and they all sent me on my way free of charge! I always come here for my oil changes and have no issues but these guys went above and beyond for me and I can’t thank them enough! Definitely come to Jiffy Lube Symons Valley for any car issues.”

“I recently had my vehicle serviced by Royal Flush Lube Co at my home. They arrived 5 minutes early and were incredibly efficient and prepared. They performed an engine flush and oil change on my vehicle.I really appreciated that they took the time to educate me on the products they were using and showed how it met the requirements/specs for my vehicle. The service was above and beyond my expectations and they ensured that my driveway was clean by laying mats around the area and used seat covers when inside the vehicle. They were also able to advise me during their vehicle inspection that my tires needed to be replaced.Overall, I would definitely recommend Royal Flush Lube Co as they truly went above and beyond to ensure a great customer experience!”

“11 SET trucks came in the morning before a pre-rig before a two day show in Calgery and they booked us all in that morning and cleared their schedule for the day with the exception of a previously made 2pm appt for an O/O. Even called in a few extra employees to take on the job of 11 trks and trlrs.Trks and trlrs looked great after they were all cleaned up!Thanks again guys!!!”

He told me that the oil was still clean and topped it off, along with the power steering fluid, washer fluid, tires, and even checked her battery, free of charge! I will definitely be back”
