It seems that their clothing isn't as good as it used to be. The quality seems to have gone down a lot.

Was in store for 30+ minutes with a gift card to spend and no one even tried to interact with me. Found my own change room, left and re entered 4 times with different sizes, no one offered to help get different sizes or asked how it went.
