“I love shopping at Mark's but the Airdrie one not so much. I find the cashiers are not willing to help you when you don't find an item your size. I asked the cashier for a size in a hoody and she replied, we have one in your size but probably already in a box in the back because we are shipping our winter clothes. We can't look for it. I continued shopping in the back part of the store looking to see if I find one. A nice older lady didn't get her name but has shoulder length hair, asked me what I was looking for and I told her what the cashiers told me and she replied. I will try and find it for you in the back. 5 minutes later she came back with it in her hands and said I found it for you. That lady is very helpful, you can tell she likes working there. She needs a raise. Not like the other three cashiers being lazy to help a customer. Finding the lazy way out!”
“I ordered a pair of jeans for my niece for Xmas they came in two days, the zipper was stuck, I phoned underground clothing they told me too take a picture of it, before I got back too phoning them they sent another pair in the mail, I hadn't even sent the other ones back yet, this was the best service I got in a longtime. The staff was amazing I can't say enough about this company. The absolute best service and such nice clothing, thanks again for all the great service”

“THANK YOU! I brought my mom in last Thursday looking for a whole new wardrobe. She needed everything. We came right around opening and were greeted by some wonderful people. Explained the situation because my mom has been going through hell with her treatments and is winning her cancer battle!!!! My mom hates shopping. I love it!! And boy did we shop. And wow did we get help out the wazoo!!!!! We had every item brought to us and it was yes or no and the fitting room had everything set out, organized, and ready to go. My mom was all smiles!! “Crossiron Mills location has well trained staff and nice smiles. I had an exchange not only handled beautifully by management and the sales associate who processed it. Andrea not only took care of it but as my size was not in stock she had it shipped to my home. Excellent fast services. Up to minute trends, great sales, honest caring people and ahead of the times. This store was a bull moose during Covid over masks and hands but they dropped them with the provincial health laws too. Kudos ?”

He was by far the most helpful and KINDEST employee, while his other 2 employees continued their side conversations instead of helping customers. What I dislike about the experience, was the lady with short hair. She was an older Filipina , and she was just rude to me and my wife. For a better experience for other people, I suggest being more kind to the customers and actually prioritizing them instead of having little side conversations. Thank you Justin!”

“As soon as I entered this store location at Crossiron Mills everyone was smiling and greeting me merry christmas and happy new year , It was such a nice experience that all staff would greet you before the new years , I witnessed all the staff smiling while helping all their customers, even though there was a line up all staff did not fail to show how teamwork is during busy times , they would also greet you before and after entering the store. “The manager of this store is absolutely amazing. I just got a new job and needed a new wardrobe. She catered to me like I was the Queen. She listened to my requests, changed my sizes, brought me amazing selections and gave me honest answers. I have been shopping at this location for 2 years, and I highly recommend it. Over the 2 years, I was preparing for interviews and wanted to dress for success. Everytime I shopped here to prepare, I got the job! I will be back.”
