If I could give this bank a -5/5 stars I would. They’re always short staffed, lazy and incompetent. Takes forever to get anything done because of the long wait times and they question every transaction you make. This bank is by far the worst. Glad I moved all my accounts to a different bank.

Had deposited a check waiting now 10 days for it to clear. Am not happy and I will change banks soon. This bank has poor services.

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE AT THIS LOCATION. This branch location is the reason why I closed my Scotia account. Wish I could give them -5 stars🤮🤮🤮
