“Pulled in to Banff on vacation, and Xterra started making a horrible metal on metal racket, hopes of a carefree vacation disintegrated, thinking it was something major. First place wouldn't look at it, too busy, but they recommended Standish, and Bryan said they were busy but they'd take a look. Turned out to be a heat shield that rusted loose and was banging on the driveshaft. They removed it for a minimal fee and we were on our way for a hike. Can't say how much we appreciated them.”
