“We had been in Canmore for a few days for a wedding and the day we were leaving our car started to act up ! We have a Volkswagen Tiguan and there is no Volkswagen dealer in town so we stopped to ask for help. As busy as they were the kind lady at the counter took the car to the back to see if a mechanic could do a quick scan for us . Without delay they had scanned it and gave us a report on a couple of things it could be and suggested we take it to a Volkswagen dealer in Calgary
And assured us the car would be ok to make it there. So off we went and
stopped at Canadian tire first and purchased some injector cleaner and added to the fuel , after an hour the engine light had shut off and the car purred like a kitten. We made it back to Thunder Bay ! Thank you for taking the time to look at the car for us at no charge and getting us on our way. Everyone that we met there was so polite and made us feel rite at home while we were waiting Thank you very much !! Trina and Dale”

He took the time to explain everything clearly, gave me honest advice, and helped me understand my options instead of just trying to sell me extra parts.
I was considering taking on a few additional jobs myself, and he patiently explained how things worked, how I could approach the repairs, and even drew me diagrams to help me visualize what I needed to do.

“Very happy with my experience here. Brought in my car for excessive shaking on the highway and listed a bunch of things I thought it could’ve been (bearings, suspension, etc.). Not only did they diagnose and fix the problem quickly, it was just ice and snow accumulation which I truthfully didn’t think of, they told me how to take care of it on my own in the future if it happens again. Was only charged for an alignment which I requested. Definitely saved me the headache (and money) of bringing it into a less than honest repair shop. Would absolutely recommend.”
