“The staff were friendly and helpful when I needed a bag of ice. Pumps are self serve here. Prices were in line with the other stations in Banff and only a penny a liter more than Calgary. So there's no reason not to get gas here. They even fix cars here.”

“After spending the night in the Montana Rockies, I woke up the next morning and headed towards Banff, Alberta. When I started my car, the low tire air indicator came on so I started looking for a gas station. The first station didn't have air. So I kept driving for about an hour more, and the indicator went off. When I got to Banff I went to the Petro Canada on Squirrel Street. I talked to the young man who worked there, Jacob. He told me the air in my tires jst expanded from the heat after contracting in the cold night air. Sounded good to me, but he said I should check the pressure. I was too cheap to pay for air, but he offered that he could check it for free. He not only told me what had happened, he checked the pressure for free and said everything was up to standard. He wasn't concerned with making a couple of dollars off of me, he just wanted to make sure everything was safe. This may seem small to others, but to me it was EXCELLENT customer service. THANKS JACOB !!”

“Visited this Shell on my way through Banff, had a great experience! The cashier Manjot was very helpful in finding the items I was after and even suggested some good things to do in town! Thank you!!”
“This was an amazing fuel station and C-store visit before entering into the Banff national park
Great fuel price and the store has many selections especially the winter weather, their hot coffee was amazing.
The thing which most surprised to me is their super clean bathroom has a heated toilet with automatic flushing. Plus it’s always in a clean condition.”
