“Stopped here for a quick souvenir shop on our way out of Banff. Glad we picked such a great store as there was a variety of gifts for reasonable prices. Then we realized when we got home that the bonus mug we qualified for at a discount was not in our bag. Called the store and they helped us immediately - even mailing it home since we had already left town and we're flying home soon. Great service and selection would choose Cool As A Moose again anywhere.”

“Went to Canada goose at Bannf visiting from USA. We found a perfect jacket and color only it wasn't in the right size. They do not ship to USA. But Taylor Donner stepped up and helped us secure the exact jacket in Calgary. We purchased over the phone and went to pick up at Chinook center. No issues. Exceptional Service. “Unique finds and above and beyond customer service. After walking through a few gift stores, we quickly realized it's all the same stores with a different name. BBTC has many options you will only find there. The cashier forgot to place a hoodie I bought in the bag and they worked with me to have to shipped. Being from the states, this blew my mind. In my experience, most businesses would NOT make this right. I would have to take that L. Thank you BBTC I really love this hoodie.”

“Stopped into this store for the first time. The customer service was fantastic. The lady at the store was genuine and kind. We purchased a new flannel shirt and she took the shirt to the back and pressed it so that my partner could wear it to dinner. I have never had someone offer to do that before!”

“I my view, this is one of the best botigues shops to sell high quality geniune furr products eppecially for ladies. The shop is so welcoming and elegent. Highly recommended. They also have another shop at the Fairmont Banff hotel. I wish i had some pictures to share, but the shop is truely special and remarkable.”

“I had a good experience at this Snowflake location. I've purchased things from the Banff Ave location before, but they didn't have the headband I wanted. The staff called the hotel location and I was told they'd hold it for me. Normally this store doesn't stay open so late, but she was happy to wait for me. My husband and I found her chatty and friendly. Of course she was trying to get my husband to buy something for himself. I feel totally comfortable browsing here as well as their location in town.”
