“We had the absolute best experience with the customer service! Not only were they super friendly, had great knowledge of all the Lulu products but also offered to order whatever wasn’t available in store. The shop is nice and big, very clean and organised, and it also offers a great variety of items they even have a shoe section!
We were helped by a beautiful blonde girl from the UK and a really friendly guy from France. Thank you so much for making shopping at this Lulu location such a great experience!”
“Had a really good visit at Big Bear in Banff. I was looking for a hat with a snowman that I had seen a few days earlier but hesitated to buy at the time. I thought they were already sold out. “Just bought a jacket here that I’ve been eyeing for a few weeks. I’d been comparing it to one online that wasn’t available in store and mentioned this to Buja (the sales associate) and because the store was closing, she offered to go home and get hers to let me try it on. So she closed the store, ran home and brought it back for me to try on. I’ve never experienced incredible service like this. Needless to say, I bought the jacket. Buja’s customer service is like none other I’ve experienced. I’ll never forget this.”

“Roots in Banff is a must-visit for outdoor enthusiasts. We Found some amazing pieces at Roots. The store offered an excellent selection of gear and clothing for hiking, skiing, and more. The staff were friendly and offered great advice. I'lI definitely be back! It’s a beautiful store. It’s also located on Banff Ave so you will have some great views!”
