I have been with Alberta Best, now Westland for nearly 30 years. I have always had fair and honest dealings. They are always friendly and helpful, ESPECIALLY Cathy Elford with the Beaumont location. Cathy is the definition of what perfect customer and client service should be and modeled after. She has always been quick to respond, ultra helpful and informative and knowledgeable on anything we have asked over the years. Recently Cathy was able to assist me when dealing on a unfortunate claim we had to make, she was able to get results fast which resulted in us having our claim rectified in a timely manner.
