Called me when the parts arrived and nooked me in when it was convenient for me. Gave me a loaner for free (my truck was under warranty). Angie my service advisor was very friendly and kept me informed through the entire process, and tried to make sure i got a loaner that met my needs too. I’ve always taken my car to another shop in town because of prior accidents and assumed they did a good job in fixing my vehicle, but apparently they didn’t. Dylan was able to find damages from an accident back in 2008 and not only did his thoroughness and expertise uncover a major safety issue that has gone unrepaired and unnoticed by me for all these years, but he was also able to get my insurance company to cover the immense cost of these repairs! ???? “Frank's Auto body made the repair no other shop could. My cars left side door and fender was damaged when it was being shipped from Japan and I was not able to source a new door. After talking to body shops all around the city and being told they were not willing to do the repair I found Frank's Auto body. These guys fixed my door without complaint. Not only did they just fix it but they did the repair properly by actually pulling the metal rather than just filling it with body filler and calling it good enough. The attention to detail is beyond clear. You would never know there was ever damage to the left side of the car without the before repair photos to prove it.”

“My Fuel pump failed on me and I called dealerships and all the big chain auto part stores and NON of them had it in stock and would need 2-3 days to get it for me. In a desperate attempt I googled 'Auto parts Leduc' and Warehouse services came up! truth be told I have never of the place before but sure enough I called and they said they can have the pump in for me same day in the afternoon! I was ecstatic! Price as stated by others is very comparable to online stores (Was cheaper than the dealership and other big chain stores)Awesome, knowledgeable staff & Super friendly. I will 100% Recommend Warehouse Services and will be returning for future car part needs :)”

From the moment I walked in, he truly listened to me, understood my budget, and never made me feel pressured—unlike other dealerships that try to push you with “now or never” deals. “I recently had four new tires installed at Fountain Tire in Edmonton. One of the rims had a slow leak for just over a year. I took it to the Ford dealership twice, and they couldn't find anything wrong. In fact, the dealership told me the leak was probably due to the 2-mm and 3-mm tire tread depth. Time to replace the tires! Hence the reason I had new tires installed. Even after replacing 4 new tires the leak was still happening. I called Jeffrey at Fountain Tire in Beaumont, and he scheduled me in to have a look at the tire even though he didn't do the installation. The same day he called back and told me they had found a small leak in the valve stem. They replaced it free of charge! They even re-torqued the lugs after 100 km. The staff went above and beyond to ensure I was looked after. Top notch service and courteous. I'll definitely be coming back when it's time for new winter tires! Shout-out to Jeffrey, Mansatpreet (Manny), and Brent (Owner).”
