“Took my Jeep to JB’s Power Centre South and had an awesome experience. The install work was super clean and everything was installed professionally and perfect.
The real reason they get 5 stars was the work ethic. After the test drive, the tech (Mike) noticed the steering wheel alignment was just a hair off. Even though it was already past closing time, he put it back on the rack and stayed late to make sure it was 100% dialed in before I left and also showed me the work performed.
Really honest and great crew that takes pride in their work and doing things right. I’ll definitely be back for future work!

“I can’t say enough about this place!! Matt was honest and kept me informed the entire way through. The water pump needed to be replaced and possibly the timing chain, but he wouldn’t know until the engine was out. He said it looked good and they just had to replace the pump!! I was so happy and it felt so good being able to trust that they only did what needed to be done. Honestly go see them Matt and Darryl were amazing! Thank you so much”

“Fix Auto did an amazing job fixing significant rear end damage to my RAV4. It took a Little longer than plan given more sensor and other issues they found as they were taking the car apart but otherwise the vehicle is back in phenomenal shape. Feels like new and even looks the part too! There was one minor tweak after I picked it up and they took care of it without question. Took them 5 minutes and done. I will definitely take all future body work to fix Auto East. Mario and his team did a phenomenal job!”
“Repair was for a big scuff/scratch that couldn’t be buffed out. We happened to be in the same complex on unrelated business and decided to see if we could get an estimate - no appointment. Carstars gave us an estimate on the spot, were friendly and polite, and was flexible about scheduling the work. The car was fixed perfectly and the cost came in slightly below the estimate. “Purchase a transmission from Brian. Put it into my vehicle and had some issues. Brian did everything possible to help me with my issue, including willing to replace my transmission.
