“I always find something I need there. Last year I found a beautiful solid clear plastic deer ( looks like glass) for Christmas decorating. They always have interesting stuff there.”

He opened the door for me, and when I thanked him, he smiled and said, “You’re welcome.” It’s always nice to be greeted with such kindness and respect. Small gestures like this make a big difference and are greatly appreciated!”

“Well stocked, well lit store, with everything you'd expect to find at a Dollarama. I found the kitchen gadgets isle to have good sturdy products with loads of diversity to choose from. The gardening isle is always a fun isle to get your garden/yard ready for spring. I find that the rope dog leashes they sell are amazing leads, at a fraction of the cost of what you'd pay buying something comparable at a pet shop. I love the items they have for house plants, I find a houseplant pot I want every time I'm there.Just keep in mind that while there are standard products that you'd expect to find at a Dollarama, sometimes they have unique items that maybe won't be available for too long. So you want that super cute squirrel lawn ornament? I'd buy it then instead of risking it not being there upon your return.The only other thing I'd suggest is to make sure you check that the product you choose, especially if grabbing multiples, have all the parts needed and that things like lids work. I have sometimes (ok many times) been in a rush and haven't noticed something doesn't quite fit or work right until I get home, which leaves you down the item and, if you're like me and you're not going to go back to get another 4.00 item because it's not worth the fuss/gas, then you also need to dispose of or repurpose/recycle.This store's staff was pleasant and helpful, and while I was there only the self serve check outs were available.”
“Shout out to the staff member who was working alone at the cash registers yesterday, Saturday May 23rd around 4:30 p.m. It was extremely busy with a long line, yet she handled everything amazingly. She managed and used three cash tills efficiently and kept things moving smoothly the entire time. Truly impressive work—she absolutely rocked it!”
“I often shop here, as the prices are better than Walmart and Michaels's for crafty things. Though the quality may not be of the best on certain items, like the plastic containers I buy. I see no difference in how they last.”
“Absolutely loved this store. It was super clean and well organized, and the candy selection is amazing with a really good makeup section too. I couldn’t find the aluminum foil or combination locks, but the young cashier was incredibly kind and helpful and took the time to help me look and answer all my questions. She was a young girl with curly/wavy hair and honestly had me feeling like I was talking to a close friend because of how easygoing the conversation was and all the chuckling while checking out. For such a young worker she nailed everything a customer could want. I also want to mention the Indian lady who helped me with an item exchange and made the process quick and easy. I’ll definitely be coming back.”

“This store has improved GREATLY in the last few months. I had the pleasure of speaking with one of the managers - I believe her name is Manprit - today. Without knowing she was management, I had asked where a certain product was and she was able to take me to it (mosquito coils). It was at that point that I said the store had visibly had some real work put into it... it is much tidier and well kept. She was grateful for the positive review.
I used to prefer the one in South Common, but it seems like this location is on the right track finally.”
