“Second visit to this location this morning - posting because the first visit wasn't a fluke!This Dollar Tree is levels above other locations. The store is SO WELL KEPT! On both visits, every aisle was zoned with products pulled forward and no empty spots. Everything is organized. The effort the staff and managers put in is more than noticeable! The customer service is also notable - pleasant interactions were had.Product wise, Dollar Tree is a definite bang for your buck when it comes to little home furnishings and kitchenware + accessories.”

“It's obviously like any other Dollorama but poor staffing and they do not even provide support to customers to find out any items. I noted some of the staffs may be new so they are mostly unsure about the products are whether avail or on which aisle . Hope they improve customer care and quality service policy.”
“After a horrible experience at Party city/ Canadian Tire. Amanda the sales lady for BUCK or Two PLUS made my horrible ballon experience a breeze , she help me pick a balloon set for my sons birthday. Fill them up and got them ready in no time.Also that store has a nice selection of items. Always clean and tidy.I do recommend that store.Thank you Amanda”
“Tight for a cart but thats the only option in the area. Check your stuff before you buy because there is no return exchage policy. Now it has become everything $5 store. Still some good deals.”

“Just wanted to say I was in line around 3:05 today and that I’m so sorry for the woman who was being so rude to the workers! Especially to the girl with the pink/purple in her hair. Yes there was a long lineup but Its not her fault if they are understaffed-that’s on management. I’ve been there. It doesn’t matter how frustrated you are, we all need to be polite and have basic respect and manners towards eachother. The worker did nothing wrong. I hope the rest of your day is okay!! <3”

“Today - February 17 2024 - was my first time entering this location. Certainly not what one would expect from a Dollar Store. A selection of clothing was certainly an eyebrow raiser. A rack of men's belts at $5 each caught my eye. The 8' x 10' area rug for $120? I have seen good quality area rugs of the same size for less elsewhere. Do some price comparisons before purchasing here if you are on a budget. Great selection of housewares. Cast Iron Frying Pan was only $20. Word to the wise. Pass on $10 picture frames. Mine fell apart. Fortunately I can fix just about anything but shouldn't have to. It's certainly a fun browsing experience as this store has much to offer. For those who are budget-wise expect to pay more for higher end art canvases, craft supplies and home decor. You will stumble across some items at prices that are more in line with what you'd expect from a Dollar Store. I recommend as with any shopping experience do not go in with any expectations. Just enjoy the atmosphere. It's a bit overwhelming at first but you are sure to find something to fit your your budget. The store is clean and bright. Wide aisles make shopping pleasant and there is plenty of parking including disabled spots. I will return to buy merchandise here in moderation.”
“My go to connivence store! It has literally everything you can think of ranging from cleaning supplies to chicken fingers. The guy who works there is very nice and considerate and always trying to brighten up peoples days!”

Yesterday I visited the store, and quickly found what I needed, the staff took very good care of me, especially a young man who told me where to find everything I was looking for, the store now looks very clean and comfortable to visit. “With the raise in ceiling price at Dollarama we are seeing a lot more cool things like poly bags of Lego and Funko collectibles!I love Dollarama.Each and every location!You can find so many neat things at decent prices. The greatest finds are those one off lot purchases Dollarama will pick up from some sort of liquidation that they sell for really cheap.Most recently we picked Monster brand LED lights to back light a tv. I used it to back light our bed.”

It is managed by an experienced, ethical, hardworking, knowledgeable and genuinely caring manager by the name Tim. He is a strong team player, he trains his staff well and works with them daily. I found the store is always well stocked, very clean and well displayed. His employees are knowledgeable, hardworking, honest, genuine, caring and walking extra miles daily. I sensed humility and excellent work ethic among the staff members. When you enter the store , you find many items at reasonable prices as advertised and genuine welcome. Tim, manager not only has strong communication skills, management skills but good listening skills, he is treating his staff with respect , trust and appreciates their daily contributions and he is not taking them for granted. I wish them well and continued success.”

“This Dollarama is always pretty busy. They have a big food selection. I love that the staff are always just the right amount of annoyed, but always efficient and keep the line moving. There are no self checkouts here.”

“Positive: Clean, bright store with a good selection of items at reasonable prices.Not So Positive: The aisles are quite narrow; they would not be navigable by someone using a walker or wheelchair, in my opinion.As always, it's important to check ingredient lists and expiry dates, no matter where you shop.”

“I love the westmount dollarama!! They always seemed to be stocked up and I tend to find more than I would at the other dollaramas, staff are normally nice but there is the odd one that is cranky but can yank blame them? They keep it pretty clean and organized too”

“(Nov 18/23) It’s been years since I’ve walked into this Dollarama. Can’t believe how much foot traffic there is… I couldn’t bother to even look around with the amount of people. Just got myself a juice & lighter. Thank god I had some help at the till because I wanted to get out of that hell hole as soon as possible. Unless that store has products that other Dollarama’s don’t carry I’ll shop there again if not then I’ll likely avoid the place”
