“Found a leak in my front tire and took it to Kal Tire which is where I bought them. They got my SUV in right away and they found the leak. They also noted that the rear tire was low, checked it out and found a leak there as well. They fixed them both with no charge as that's covered when you buy your tires from them. I really appreciated that the techs went the extra mile and found another leak. That's great service. I highly recommend this location to anyone looking for tires and service.”

Travis asked what the symptoms were, and was genuinely concerned about the truck.They were able to squeeze my truck in, and told me truck should be ready by noon. It was ready before promises time. “Very poor experience at Moose Jaw and Swift Current Fountain Tires. Moose Jaw put the wrong size tires on the rear of an SUV, then Swift Current put the wrong size on as well. Will not own their mistake and are not willing to work with us to remedy the issue. Take no responsibility. Very rude customer service. Will not go back again!
Within 12 hours I had a response and my opinion has changed. They are going to own their errors and will be replacing all 4 tires in Moose Jaw. THANK YOU!!!”

“I recently had four new tires installed at Fountain Tire in Edmonton. One of the rims had a slow leak for just over a year. I took it to the Ford dealership twice, and they couldn't find anything wrong. In fact, the dealership told me the leak was probably due to the 2-mm and 3-mm tire tread depth. Time to replace the tires! Hence the reason I had new tires installed. Even after replacing 4 new tires the leak was still happening. I called Jeffrey at Fountain Tire in Beaumont, and he scheduled me in to have a look at the tire even though he didn't do the installation. The same day he called back and told me they had found a small leak in the valve stem. They replaced it free of charge! They even re-torqued the lugs after 100 km. The staff went above and beyond to ensure I was looked after. Top notch service and courteous. I'll definitely be coming back when it's time for new winter tires! Shout-out to Jeffrey, Mansatpreet (Manny), and Brent (Owner).”
