Very friendly staff- when I entered I was immediately greeted even though someone was in front of me and that says alot about their customer service! ? While I waited for my vehicle, I saw them do the same over and over which was great! Very generous coffee and water/beverage area and seating area is very comfortable with a tv and Telus tv. I will definitely be keeping this place in mind for my next service!”

“The other day I came out to my SUV to find one of my tires had gone flat. I went to Fountain Tire — a shop I’d never been to before — with about 20 minutes until closing and asked if they had time to fix a flat.
Right away, Jordan (tech) said yes, asked for my keys, and got started. Corbyn at the counter asked a few quick questions about my SUV and tires. Less than 10 minutes later, Jordan asked if I’d recently switched from summer to winter tires. When I said yes, he explained the valve core wasn’t tightened properly — and he’d already tightened it and fixed the issue.
I was back on the road within minutes. Huge thanks to Jordan and Corbyn — fast, helpful, and professional service, especially that close to closing time. Highly recommend.”

“I recently left a highly critical review of the Fountain Tire in Riverbend Square; however, I decided to retract it because the business was very prompt in reaching out to me afterwards. They provided a thorough explanation of their policies and procedures, and this greatly enhanced my understanding of what happened during my most recent visit for a flat repair. I really appreciate that they put in the time and effort to contact me and to let me know what unfolded and why. This gave me a much clearer picture of what occurred during that service. They also offered to rectify the situation, which I am very grateful for, and I do not believe it is fair to leave a negative review in the public domain when the business has made a genuine effort towards reconciliation. “I have an older vehicle with low mileage that I am nursing along. Each time I go in, counter staff patiently outline what should be done, and what can wait. They listen carefully to me and I repeat it back so I can be sure I understand. We kid around a bit, and then they deliver service efficiently. “I called them 9 am Saturday with an emergency, front blown tire and another tire about to blow due to a pothole hit-they found my “not so common” tires from a different location, they went and picked them up, and by 1040 am same day, I was on my way with the 2 new tires installed. “I have bought wheels, tires, flats brakes and wheel alignments at the 104 Ave Kal Tire.
Lately I had a flat tire and Kal Tire got me in immediately. Because there was a screw that penetrated the tread and exited the tire bead the tire had to be replaced.
They ordered a new tire did the installation all by the next morning.
They jumped to the pump and I really appreciate their service.

“We've been a repeat customer of Fountain Tire and continue to be impressed with their service. Back in January, they replaced our alternator, and when it recently failed again, they honored the warranty and took care of the repair without any hassle.
The team ran into an issue with a bracket during the repair, but they worked through it and got everything resolved. Then, on Sunday, we experienced a coolant leak, and they were able to diagnose and fix that as well.
What I appreciate most is their honest and straightforward approach. They perform a thorough inspection and let you know what may need attention in the future, but there's never any pressure or attempt to upsell unnecessary work. They simply tell it like it is.
Communication is always easy, and I really like receiving photos of the repairs and inspections. It gives confidence that the work is being done properly and helps you understand exactly what's going on with your vehicle.
