“The other day I came out to my SUV to find one of my tires had gone flat. I went to Fountain Tire — a shop I’d never been to before — with about 20 minutes until closing and asked if they had time to fix a flat.
Right away, Jordan (tech) said yes, asked for my keys, and got started. Corbyn at the counter asked a few quick questions about my SUV and tires. Less than 10 minutes later, Jordan asked if I’d recently switched from summer to winter tires. When I said yes, he explained the valve core wasn’t tightened properly — and he’d already tightened it and fixed the issue.
I was back on the road within minutes. Huge thanks to Jordan and Corbyn — fast, helpful, and professional service, especially that close to closing time. Highly recommend.”

“Hats off to this shop! Took my vehicle in to this shop for the first time. Had a slight vibration at highway speeds. Because my tires are basically new (from another shop) I was confused why it would be vibrating. Wanted a shop with the Road Force balancing device. However, my van was returned to me a short time later and driving like brand new using only the traditional balance method which is cheaper than Road Force. I love this level of service and integrity not unnecessarily over charging me. I have 4 vehicles in our household and You will see me next tire service. Thank you!”
“I have an older vehicle with low mileage that I am nursing along. Each time I go in, counter staff patiently outline what should be done, and what can wait. They listen carefully to me and I repeat it back so I can be sure I understand. We kid around a bit, and then they deliver service efficiently. Sometimes, they do that little extra thing that is just beyond what I know about. It's a CAA-approved place, local, and I feel taken care of by a good team who likes to have fun together. Recommend.”

“These guys are honest! They saved me $1600! I had a routine maintenance at Mercedes dealership in heritage valley. Also had a tear in my tire. Mercedes recommended to get a new tire because it was trashed. Plus a new sensor because it was broken. Plus an extra tire to balance the other tire’s treads. 2 new tires plus sensor =$1600. Fountain tire just fixed up my damaged tire ($37) and concluded that my sensor ($350 to replace) was fine. The next morning my sensor was on the fritz. Fountain sent someone out to take a look at my house. How rare is that kind of service? I truly appreciated it! Thank you, fountain tire!”
“Trail Tire saved the day! I had two flat tires on a dolly (hand truck) that needed to be sealed and inflated. A large competitor down the road told me they had “spent hours” trying to fix them with no success so I brought the dolly to Trail Tire instead. They had both tires sealed, inflated, and ready to go in five minutes. I wish I had gone to Trail Tire first, but I’ll definitely know for next time. Their customer service was fantastic -- fast, friendly, and genuinely helpful. Thanks so much!!”
“Tom took the time to fit some moderatelyout of spec out of spec sized (but stiff sidewall) tires onto my M3. he's a racer so understands that sometimes you don't just want OE tire sizes. other shops scoffed at what I brought them.”

“Jon helped me out. I went in for a tire repair consult for a nail that punctured the shoulder of my tire. It was just on the cusp of the sidewall so they said they couldn't do it, but they offered to swap the tire for a used one with similar wear at a reasonable price.
All in all quick inspection, conversation, and work done in less than an hour very happy with the service.”

“I have bought wheels, tires, flats brakes and wheel alignments at the 104 Ave Kal Tire.
Lately I had a flat tire and Kal Tire got me in immediately. Because there was a screw that penetrated the tread and exited the tire bead the tire had to be replaced.
They ordered a new tire did the installation all by the next morning.
They jumped to the pump and I really appreciate their service.

“We've been a repeat customer of Fountain Tire and continue to be impressed with their service. Back in January, they replaced our alternator, and when it recently failed again, they honored the warranty and took care of the repair without any hassle.
The team ran into an issue with a bracket during the repair, but they worked through it and got everything resolved. Then, on Sunday, we experienced a coolant leak, and they were able to diagnose and fix that as well.
What I appreciate most is their honest and straightforward approach. They perform a thorough inspection and let you know what may need attention in the future, but there's never any pressure or attempt to upsell unnecessary work. They simply tell it like it is.
Communication is always easy, and I really like receiving photos of the repairs and inspections. It gives confidence that the work is being done properly and helps you understand exactly what's going on with your vehicle.
The staff are courteous, professional, and quick to get the job done. Overall, a great experience, and we'll continue to return for our automotive service needs. Highly recommended!”
