“On a day trip from Calgary we came here to the Black Diamond Bar for some lunch after getting no service up the street at The Westwood. The service here was awesome! Our server was great, and friendly, we were greeted as soon as we sat down. This bar is massive, and it’s really nice inside. It’s a great vibe to hang out in. The food was just ok. My husband & I agreed the bread with his sandwich and my burger was really dry. The barley soup I had was really good, probably the only made from scratch item between our 2 dishes. You’ll probably come here to have some drinks and if you are hungry you can probably find something decent to eat while you are here. I don’t think it would be a destination place though if you want a really good meal.”
