The mortgage process was seamless and one of the reason I have always used BNS. But the BNS rep for the mortgage was the best I have every dealt with.”
“I have been meaning to write this review for a while as we have now been with TD almost 3 years. First I will say that the front staff always have a smile on there face and are so pleasant and efficient to deal with. I also need to shout out to Roslyn (mortgage department), Tim (small business department) and Jeramy (branch manager) for always going above and beyond for us and truly being on our side to make our loans work with the best rates. We consider them a part of our team on the business front. Have never felt this way with another bank. So happy we found you guys at the Olds location. Truly amazing staff that take care of their clients needs. I would give you 6 stars if I could.”

“The branch gave very friendly and clear service, and it was even able to process bank applications quicker than usual because I had to move soon, which was a great surprise. I got my credit card processed earlier than usual, which prevented a lot of potential confusion with changed mailing addresses and hassle after moving. (sorry that I missed the chance to write a positive review in the survey, I found out too late it was sent to spam mail)”
