Anytime I’m in a last-minute pinch for a very specific outfit, this is my go to place. They always have exactly what I need, they know what that is before I do! All the girls are so lovely and always help me find what I need. They truly know the meaning of customer service as I never walk out of there disappointed. It’s always highly likely that they will exceeded my expectations. I can always trust this place when I’m in a panic and will continue to recommend this store to anyone looking for a closet makeover or a fashionable outfit.

I went to the Douglasglen location today with my birthday gift certificate in tow. The manager (I’m sorry I don’t know your name!), is always incredible. Today she suggested outfits, pieces I would never try on. OMG! I love my new jumpsuit and satin looking black shirt. Perfect for my reunion next month in BC. I’m 59…this store is for every age. ?

Yikes - I had thought about placing an order from a Canadian boutique but wanted to check the reviews first… To then see how horrible, disgusting and ignorant the way this company replies to people who have ordered and were unhappy with what they received, i will happily be spending my money elsewhere! Do better 27 Boutique.

Today, my friend and I went to 27 Boutique and had a wonderful experience. The ladies at both locations were extremely helpful and helped my friend Find her engagement photos dress. Amazing customer service.

I am extremely disappointed with my experience at this store. The quality of the products sold here is extremely poor, and it is clear that they prioritize cost-cutting over customer satisfaction. Additionally, the lack of customer service at this store is appalling. I had a problem with a purchase and when I tried to address it with over email from a online purchase, I was met with rudeness and unhelpfulness. I will not be placing an online order to this store and will be warning others to steer clear as well. I received a belt of very poor quality. It smelt of chemicals so bad it's unwearable. I simply requested a refund and offered to ship back at my own cost, however, in return I received emails stating a refund was not an option as I agreed to the terms and conditions in tiny fine print. When purchasing from a "Canadian Boutique" I would have expected higher quality products. I purchased a belt for over $72, that was later found on Aliexpress for $12. I tried to be understanding, and communicate with them to resolved the issue however, this outcome has led me to leave this review. Save your money and shop elsewhere for better quality products and service.

This shop is a game-changer. I feel so much more stylish since I started buying from their Instagram posts. I love being able to see the clothing styled on real people and that there’s a few different gorgeous ladies who do the try-ons. It helps with figuring out sizing, vibe etc. I got my DREAM jeans today in the mail, I was a little worried because I can be picky with jeans.. but they fit perfectly & just like the photos! I also love the personalized notes they add to your order.

I bought a dress from 27 Boutique for a staff Christmas party and it was absolutely stunning, it fit perfectly and I felt so good in it! Bea from the downtown location was an angel and helped me so much. 100% recommend their store, everything they have is so amazing and the staff are so kind and sweet!

I came in on a Saturday the minute they opened needing a last minute outfit for an event and shared that with the girls working there and they all just bound together and started pulling things from the racks for me, getting a grasp for my style and then put outfit ideas together. Unbelievably great service, thanks so much!
