I highly recommend stopping by the 4living showroom if you like contemporary furniture! They have some unique pieces from smaller Canadian manufacturers, and at a more accessible price point than comparable boutique stores. We bought a gorgeous sofa; then it was slightly delayed (manufacturer's fault), they were proactive about keeping us updated. Great experience throughout.

I bought 4 Mugs there and and I noticed a chunk of the glaze they used in on the bottom on one mug. It was at the side, so would not chip off with time and unsanitary, if the chip comes off. I showed it to the Clerk and she just argued with me that I was wrong and there would be no issue with it. Refused to give discount, as it wad risky for me and quite expensive. The last pair. They are very modern and unique, so I did buy them, but I am mad at her attitude and unethical Sales...her job is to make us happy. Still in box - afraid to use them. I drive past a lot, never see one Customer there. I amstill mad. It's not a big deal to give even 10% off, but made me mad and s=he still got her commission .That is sooo cheap.

We had been looking for a sectional for quite some time. We wanted to buy Canadian and from a local supplier. The 4Living team were very patient with us and very helpful in selecting the right style and fabric. We received the sectional a few weeks ago and we're thrilled!! We went a pretty good distance outside the box on colour and got great guidance and support.Thank you to the 4Living team.

I bought a 1000 dollars ottoman from 4 living. It is a cream color and the fabric has discoloured so much. I am very displeased with it. I called and told 4living and the staff did try to reach out to the manufacturer (took a very long time to get back to me) but they said it must be environmental …. My place doesn’t have direct sunlight and I don’t smoke, I have cream coloured pillows and white bedding and neither of them turn color so it has to be the Fabric. They have done nothing to offer to clean to reupholster the ottoman so that I feel like I got my moneys worth. Having a dirty cream coloured ottoman in the middle of my living room makes the whole room look bad. I am a very clean person with high cleaning standards. I was able to clean it and it did come clean but then just weeks later it starts to discolour. I asked if they could do something about it and reupholster it and then I never heard back.

Absolutely adore this showroom! Amazing, quality product and the best service in the city. The staff themselves are designers and so helpful when putting rooms together. Highly recommend stopping here for all your furniture needs, you won't be disappointed!

We recently moved into our new home and decided to up our living room game. We have always loved the GUS* products and were focused on that brand while looking for our new furniture. We were told by friends that 4living carried the brand. Our experience was phenomenal. Karen, Daria, and especially Stephanie who was our initial contact were amazing to work with. We knew exactly which sofa we wanted, but they really helped us put the rest of the room together. The order was timed perfectly and everything arrived shortly after our move. We also realized that we had room for an additional chair, Stephanie & Karen were willing to work with us to get us another that was identical to the chair we had already ordered. Great friendly service and wonderful furniture from the team at 4living!

Their website is the most disappointing thing ever. Completely useless. No catalog or links or anything, really— just random “inspiration” pictures that are titled 22d-3.jpg. JPG! It’s embarrassing and it’s frustrating when you’re trying to shop online.

Ordered Huppe furniture, which I was assured was the highest quality by Karen at 4living. Upon delivery, the bed was faulty in two places and the media unit arrived unfinished. After less than two months, the sofa cushions lost their shape and the fabric looked like it had years of usage. The sofa pillows also began to fray. The dining chairs fell apart in approximately two months. 4living offered the following excuses:
-the sofa is supposed to look like that after two months, as it’s the European look.
-that I should trim the sofa cushions myself.
-that Huppe was going to send me a touch up pen, and that I should have to touch up a just delivered piece of brand new furniture
Huppe and 4living will take your money and run. Both either do nothing of value to help with a situation such as mine, will make excuses, or deny any wrong doing.
Do not buy from 4living or Huppe product! Huppe is high priced garbage masquerading as high end furniture.
