Honestly no idea what the reviews are talking about. This location was perfectly fine. I didn't have anything remotely close to a bad experience here. They scanned my items just like any other location.

I ordered wedges and wings and they were hard as a rock like they were left for a few hours, It was all of them too not just one wing or wedge. I couldn’t eat any of it cause it was not consumable.
When I called instead of apologizing they said they made it fresh which was a big lie cause I work in the food industry and there is NO WAY that the food was fresh.

The worst staff I have ever met in Canada. Not at all friendly and it feels like they were sent here for correctional work instead of prison.
Correction. I see that the management has changed the staff, the guys are very friendly and make a good impression. I hope that working in this place and stress will not spoil them, as our neighborhood is not so good, there are different characters here.

worst experience in a 7-11 ever no one was at till so my boyfriend and i mobile checked out the employee followed us out of the store and yelled at us and said we stole we did not, and on topof this the dr pepper machine was broken the whole we came i will never come back, 7-11 in tokyo would never do this me thanks for your time :)

Disgusting, 1 employee and the hot dog station was deplorable, old crusted cheese and chili stations, fingermarks visible, nasty yellowed onions, unclean trays for condiments, and when I asked 4 times for ketchup, he brought me a old containter with bagged ketchup, which looked so absolutely terrible, calling the health inspector tomorrow on this location

Very rude staff that is not interested in helping customers. Was told they don't have time to serve me by the cashier. They also refuse washroom services to customers in need of the washroom.

I walked 6 blocks in the freezing cold.Trying to make it before they closed at 12 am. Shocked and pissed off I got there to find doors closed at 11:52! The only store in Bridgeland left due to plaza getting knocked down. I phoned to get manager info to report her, and she just hung up on me when I asked her what the name of manager is!! Good Buisness!!
